When Erin Kirk began teching yoga five years ago in Los Angeles, she became intrigued by ancient Peruvian Incan healers. Eventually, she trekked to the jungles of Peru, where she endured shaman intiation rites like begin buried up to her neck and left alone to free herself. Kirk now uses her hard-earned shaman healing skills back in California to help clients suffering from depression or addiction, or those who just want to reconnect with their spirit.

"Through auras, I can feel in my body what clients are experiencing. It gives me a unique understanding of their issues," says Kirk.

Utilizing hands-on bodywork sessions at home, Kirk zeroes in on her clients energy imbalances. In some cases, she uses crystals and stones, which act as magnets, to draw negative, toxic energy out of the body.

Clients can also reap the benefits of Kirk's therapeutic magic at Spots Culb/LA in Beverly Hills, where she teaches.
