Sweat Lodge

Sweat Lodge is a Native American ceremony of cleansing and renewing. We gather into a dark tent and progressively hot rocks are brought into a pit facilitating a deep sweat. The Lodge is a place of surrender, a sacred place where we join as a community and pray for our heart's desires and the healing of the Earth and others.
